As a Corporate Development Associate at Embarc Advisors, Samantha Zinni supports clients throughout the M&A process, helping execute strategic transactions from initial preparation through closing. Her work includes financial modeling, developing marketing materials such as Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and management presentations, coordinating buyer outreach, and supporting client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Samantha spent two years in corporate development, where she focused on growth initiatives and operational strategy for a beneficial reuse services company. Earlier in her career, she spent three years in investment banking, advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across a variety of industries.
Samantha has experience supporting transactions within the consumer, healthcare, and business services sectors.
She graduated with honors from Indiana University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in German.
