He partners closely with founders, executives, and investors to accelerate strategic initiatives and ensure transactions translate into real, measurable value.

Nicholas brings 10 years of experience in M&A consulting and in-house FP&A role, supporting more than 50 transactions spanning diligence, valuation, integration planning, and post-close execution.

Nicholas has executed work across multiple sectors, including SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, ecommerce. Has worked on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

He holds an MBA from the University of Florida, an MPA from the University of Southern California, and is a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification.

Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nicholas is a fan of the Lakers, Arsenal, and LSU, and enjoys travel, cooking, and attending music festivals.
