Tiffany Suazo

Tiffany is the People Operations Manager at Embarc Advisors, where she partners across the business to support employees and build practical, scalable HR processes.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Tiffany spent several years running the HR function, building people programs, documentation, and processes from the ground up. She also built and launched an internal AI-powered HR knowledge tool that cut down how long it took employees to get answers. Tiffany has spent her career primarily in tech, working across fintech, proptech, and health tech companies.

Based in Utah, Tiffany loves to hike, and when she isn’t outdoors, she is in her craft room, where she also runs a YouTube channel teaching different types of crafts to a growing community of makers.
