As the Business Operations Manager at Embarc Advisors, Alex sets goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes in order to help the company run efficiently and effectively–all with the client experience in mind. 

Alex started her career in Operations, and then moved into the world of Human Resources, where she spent the last 7 years. She had the opportunity to work in Commercial Construction, Government, and Technology, as she grew into a Business Partner role. Her experience in HR now lends to her ability to consider the “People” perspective, when analyzing and considering all things Operations. 

Alex’s educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.

Alex is based in Chicago, IL, was once a contestant on a Canadian gameshow, and hits the tennis court whenever she can.
