Andy Woodruff

As a Corporate Development Associate at Embarc Advisors, Andy Woodruff supports a range of strategic finance and M&A advisory initiatives, including sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as capital raises. He works closely with clients to provide analytical rigor and execution support across the deal lifecycle.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Andy was a Manager in Deal Advisory at KPMG, where he specialized in financial due diligence for private equity clients. His experience includes both buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily within the middle-market industrial manufacturing sector. Earlier in his career, Andy was a Senior in Audit at Deloitte, where he built a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.

Andy’s experience is concentrated in industrial manufacturing, with a focus on supporting middle-market private equity transactions through detailed financial diligence and analysis.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Andy is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf and tennis in his free time.
