Andy Park

Andy Park is an Associate Director of Transaction Advisory Services and Financial Due Diligence at Embarc Advisors, where he advises private equity firms, strategic investors, business owners, and management teams on acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions. With more than 11 years of experience in public accounting, Andy focuses on small to middle-market companies, providing clients with a clear understanding of a business’s financial performance, underlying economics, and key value drivers.

Andy’s experience spans financial due diligence, quality of earnings, M&A, and audit. He has extensive experience evaluating historical and projected financial results, revenue and margin trends, working capital requirements, cash flow generation, customer and product concentration, and other factors that can materially impact transaction value. His work helps investors and business owners identify normalized earnings, assess transaction adjustments, uncover potential risks, and make informed decisions throughout the deal process.

Before joining Embarc Advisors, Andy served as an Audit and M&A Senior Manager at HCVT, where he worked extensively with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and middle-market businesses on M&A and transaction-related engagements.

Andy earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
