Annie manages the Marketing and Internal Operations. She focuses on the external branding and messaging, bringing Embarc’s resources to future clients, as well as supporting the team to continue smooth internal operations and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Annie has helped dozens of start-ups companies scale from small business ideas to mid-level businesses and large corporations. She is experienced in process management, lead generation, and operational stability. She has supported numerous industries such as Technology, Marketing, Organizational Culture, Hospitality, Travel, and Events. Wearer of multiple hats, Annie has helped companies grow significantly in headcount, culture, and operations, but also in facility space. She was the project executive for five new construction buildings across the Southwest US that were all completed within 16 months of each other.

Annie completed her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her MBA from California State University, San Bernardino.

Based in San Diego, CA, she travels as frequently as possible as an avid outdoor adventurer.
