Daniel Fonseca

Daniel Fonseca is a Corporate Development Associate at Embarc Advisors, where he supports strategic finance and M&A initiatives, including financial modeling, presentation materials, diligence, and capital raising for clients.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Daniel was a Finance Manager at CS Operations, supporting capital-raising and corporate finance efforts for a clean-tech private equity platform. Before that, he was an Analyst at Atlantico Capital Partners, advising on cross-border, middle-market M&A and capital raises, and began his career as an Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division, supporting M&A coverage groups.

His experience is concentrated in renewable energy and clean technology, spanning solar PV, project finance, and clean-tech portfolio companies, with additional exposure to a range of industries through his generalist M&A work.

He has supported transactions ranging from $25 million sell-side advisory deals to $200+ million project financings across the renewable energy sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of Central Florida. Currently based in Naples, Florida, Daniel is passionate about soccer, staying active, and snowboarding.
