As the Director of Financial Due Diligence at Embarc Advisors, Joong Ho delivers end to end M&A expertise to clients and supports them throughout the transaction process. Joong Ho leads Embarc’s Financial Due Diligence service line, which helps clients use financial data to identify opportunities and reveal risks so that investors make better decisions that preserve capital and sellers are better prepared to preserve value.

Joong Ho has nearly two decades of financial advisory experience including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and spin-off projects for both private equity and corporate clients. Before joining Embarc, Joong Ho has worked in the transaction services practices at PwC, BDO, and other boutique advisory firms. His experience includes over $10 billion in transactional value with expertise in financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, integrations, and financial modeling.

Joong Ho received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA. He is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
