Koushik Chandra

Koushik is a corporate development and strategic finance leader with over 15 years of experience driving M&A strategy, transaction execution, and value creation across public, private equity-backed, and privately held companies. He focuses on identifying and executing growth opportunities through acquisitions, disciplined capital deployment, and operational integration.

Koushik brings deep expertise across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, financial diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration. He has a proven track record of partnering with executive teams to evaluate strategic opportunities, develop investment theses, and execute transactions that enhance scale and enterprise value. His work bridges strategy and execution, ensuring transactions are not only completed, but successfully integrated and positioned to deliver measurable results.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Koushik oversaw more than $3 billion in financial operations within a private equity-backed environment, where he played a key role in executing a roll-up acquisition strategy and leading post-acquisition integration efforts. His experience includes negotiating a $350 million private credit facility, leading complex diligence processes across multiple targets, and building integration frameworks designed to capture synergies, standardize operations, and accelerate value creation.

Koushik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Mathematics, from Iowa State University.
