Lance leads the Strategic Finance and FP&A functions at Embarc Advisors.  He focuses on assisting our clients in helping to identify and develop key performance metrics that will give them better insights into their business to help them identify new opportunities and potential areas of improvement; helping to drive towards continuous growth. 

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Lance had a track record of success, having spent 20+ years in various finance leadership positions across multiple industries, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporate conglomerates and from private family-owned businesses to publicly-traded corporations.  In his last position, lance helped to take a diagnostic tools company public in October 2021. 

Lance holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University. 

Based in Milford Connecticut, Lance ended up being an accidental paid pitchman for Honda, having a brief cameo in a Super Bowl commercial.
