Lauren Louw

Lauren Louw is a Corporate Development Associate at Embarc Advisors. In this role, she supports a variety of strategic finance and advisory initiatives, including M&A and capital raises.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, she held roles at Broadhaven Capital Partners and Armory Group as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group and Restructuring sector. Most recently, Lauren served as an Associate at Asset Preservation Advisors, assisting in trading and portfolio management for municipal bond investments.

She has operated in numerous industries including fintech, healthcare, gaming, and asset management. Lauren has experience working on M&A transactions and structuring debt facilities.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering with minors in Business Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Currently based in Manhattan, New York, she enjoys staying active with marathon training and exploring the NYC music scene through concerts.
