Nate Lee

Nate is an Associate Director of Transaction Diligence at Embarc Advisors, specializing in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with private equity firms, corporate buyers, and business owners to provide actionable insights that support informed investment decisions and successful transaction outcomes.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Nate spent more than 11 years with Deloitte and KPMG, where he advised clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions across a wide range of industries. During his career, he has supported transactions ranging from $20 million to more than $2 billion in enterprise value, with expertise in Quality of Earnings analysis, working capital assessments, net debt evaluations, revenue and margin trend analysis, and other key performance indicators.

Nate has experience serving clients across numerous sectors, including private equity, recycling, food and beverage, automotive, healthcare, heavy industry, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.

He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Colorado State University.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys watching sports and movies, spending time outdoors, and exploring hiking trails.
