Nicklas Boyer

Nicklas Boyer is a M&A Advisory Associate at Embarc Advisors, where he supports M&A initiatives through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and strategic evaluation of investment and partnership opportunities.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Nick spent over 5 years developing the corporate development function at a strategic acquirer in the MSP space. He led the process from sourcing, initial outreach, and C-suite relationship management to valuation, commercial negotiation, and LOI through due diligence to close.

Nicklas has also spent the past decade pursuing a career in professional and international rugby, appearing in over 100 professional matches and representing his country 17 times. His last 5 years of playing were spent balancing athletics and his corporate development role.

He holds a BA in Finance from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He spent 2020 completing a post baccalaureate in Cognitive Science at UCSD, and still fosters a budding interest in neuroscience and Jungian Psychology,

A resident of San Diego, CA, Nicklas enjoys surfing, beach volleyball and rugby, underwater resistance training, guitar, and chess in his spare time. He is fluent in German and conversational in Spanish.
