Paul Kolomeyer brings over 11 years of public accounting experience to lead Embarc’s Transaction Diligence practice. He provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assistance to corporate and private equity clients on transactions ranging from $10 million to $1.2 billion, with a focus on Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and analyses of historical and projected revenue trends, margins, and other key performance indicators.

Prior to joining Embarc, Paul was part of KPMG’s and GHJ Advisors’ Deal Advisory practices, where he specialized in financial due diligence engagements for domestic and cross-border transactions. He worked with clients across the consumer products, insurance, manufacturing, technology, and entertainment sectors.

Paul began his career at Deloitte, providing audit and assurance services to both publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries, with a primary focus on the real estate and financial services sectors.

Paul graduated from California State University, Northridge, where he earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science degree in Accountancy. He was also elected as the Commencement Speaker for his MSA graduating class.

In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his growing family, watching and playing soccer, and scuba diving.
