As a Corporate Development Associate at Embarc Advisors, Sneha leads various initiatives for project execution such as completing due diligence, building out complex models, and creating instrumental presentations for clients.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Sneha served as an investment banking analyst at Chartwell Financial Advisory, completing various tasks throughout the transaction process such as valuation work, building confidential information presentations, and leading client initiatives. Additionally, she gained experience on the buy-side at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, an AEA-backed roll-up platform). Sneha has had the opportunity to learn the intricacies of various industries such as automotive, industrials, consumer, media, FinTech, and technology.  She has supported various transactions for companies that have undergone complex recapitalizations and handled international intricacies for select deals in Europe.

Sneha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Informatics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Based in Chicago, Sneha is heavily involved in supporting cancer-focused charities as well as providing aid to an orphanage for mentally disabled children in India. In her free time, she focuses on spending time with her family, friends, and loved ones. She enjoys reading and listening to pop culture podcasts.
