Steve Femino

Steve brings more than 15 years of FP&A and finance strategy experience to Embarc Advisors as a Director on the Strategic Finance team. He specializes in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and capital funding strategies, helping both growth-stage and established companies drive profitability, improve decision-making, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Steve held leadership positions within Fortune 500 organizations and operated his own advisory firm, where he guided growth-stage companies through capital planning and fundraising initiatives. Throughout his career, he has helped companies raise more than $30 million in capital and has served on multiple boards, providing strategic and financial leadership.

Steve holds a Master of Science in Venture Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of New Hampshire.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Steve is an avid skier, hiker, and golfer. He is passionate about helping companies realize their full potential through strong financial stewardship and believes finance should serve as an accelerator of growth rather than a constraint on it.
