Vitaliya Stankuviene

Vitaliya is a Director of Transaction Diligence at Embarc Advisors, where she advises clients on financial due diligence and transaction-related matters, helping them navigate complex financial and operational considerations throughout the deal process.

Prior to joining Embarc, Vitaliya spent more than 12 years at EY and EY-Parthenon, where she advised corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other complex transactions.

Her experience spans a range of industries, with particular depth in life sciences and healthcare, as well as technology, industrials, and consumer businesses.

Throughout her career, Vitaliya has led complex cross-border engagements and worked closely with senior executives and deal teams to identify key value drivers, assess financial performance, and translate diligence findings into actionable insights.

Vitaliya holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is an ACCA-qualified accountant.

She is based in Livingston, New Jersey, and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and hiking.
