Sneha’s expertise spans both sell-side M&A and buy-side transactions. This dual perspective enables us to offer top-quality advice to our clients in numerous scenarios. Sneha is based in Chicago, IL, and is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She joins the Embarc team following a tenure at Chartwell Financial Advisory and AmeriVet Veterinary Partners.
Jennifer brings a distinctive skill set to the Embarc team rooted in her chemical and biological engineering background. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she started with a focus on recycling initiatives before moving into roles that explored organic and inorganic growth strategies at leading manufacturing, recycling, broadcast media, and telecommunication firms. Jennifer advanced her career further as a senior corporate development analyst sharpening her expertise in the field.
