As a Director of Corporate Development at Embarc Advisors, Alex guides clients through M&A and capital raising while building long-term, open dialogues on future capital allocation.

Prior to joining Embarc, Alex spent 10 years leading financial transactions at eBay, Warner Bros., and Credit Suisse.  He offers clients an inside view to working with strategic investors and brings deal experience including tech-and-talent acquisitions, cross-border divestitures, and complex joint ventures. 

Alex graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (Bachelor of Science in Economics) and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (Master of Business Administration).

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and sampling local craft beer & wine.
