Annie Cook

Annie oversees internal business operations at Embarc Advisors, supporting Founder and Managing Partner Jay Jung as well as the broader team. She focuses on optimizing internal processes, driving scalability, and implementing initiatives that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence across the firm.

Before joining Embarc Advisors, Annie guided numerous startups through key growth stages, helping them evolve from early business concepts into mid-sized companies and established public corporations. Her expertise includes process optimization, policy implementation, fostering a culture-first organizational approach, and serving as a trusted business partner to leadership teams. She has supported organizations across a variety of industries, including technology, marketing, organizational culture, hospitality, travel, and events.

A proven multi-disciplinary leader, Annie has contributed to significant organizational expansion in both workforce and operational capacity. Notably, she served as project executive for five new construction developments across the Southwestern United States, all completed within a 16-month period.

Annie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her MBA from California State University, San Bernardino.

Based in Metro Detroit, Michigan, she is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who seeks adventure whenever possible.
