Kristine is the strategic leader of both People and Business Operations at Embarc Advisors. In her role, she focuses on aligning initiatives with key business drivers and cultivating a psychologically safe environment that allows our employees to flourish.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Kristine spent 20+ years crafting, implementing, and leading progressive and collaborative people and leadership development strategies. Her experience spans numerous industries including Technology, Healthcare, Public Relations, Commercial Construction, and Non-Profit, and she has been a fundamental expert for companies that have gone public and which have grown internationally.

Her educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University and an active SPHR Certification.

Based in San Diego, California, when she isn’t working Kristine she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dear canine companion Gunner.
