As a Senior Associate of Transaction Diligence at Embarc Advisors, Michael leverages his accounting and finance knowledge to assist clients with executing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.

Prior to joining Embarc Advisors, Mike spent 7+ years at EY where he most notably worked as a Manager in their Strategy and Transaction practice focusing on financial due diligence. Has operated in numerous industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods.

Mike’s educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.

Mike currently resides in Charleston, SC where, outside of work, he enjoys visiting the variety of restaurants, beaches, and dog parks the town has to offer.
